Prayers for Mercy

I’m praying for...

Heavenly Father,

You, Lord, are Holy. There is none like You, Lord. In all things, I pray that Your will be done. Thank you for Your daily provision. Thank You for life and breath, for good times and bad times, for joy and for tears. You made each of us and You Lord, know every one of us better than we could ever know ourselves.

Lord, I ask that You be with all of the staff at Mercy in the Name of Jesus, no matter the location, job responsibilities, or status, for we are all Your creation. They have worked tirelessly for 2 years now doing their best to keep all of us healthy during this pandemic so that we can continue going about Your work. I pray for strength, encouragement and safety in the Name of Jesus for each one of them. I pray that they will feel rested every day so that they will be at their very best to be the hands and feet of Jesus for all of us in our times of health needs.

I pray for their families, friends, neighbors, co-workers, patients, vendors, their fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, and everyone they come in contact with. I ask that You please keep them all safe and healthy in Jesus Name.

I pray for all that have been affected by this pandemic, directly or indirectly. I pray for comfort for all who have lost loved ones. I pray for the peace that only You provide for everyone involved and strength for each new day. Help each of us to love one another the way You love us.

Please forgive us of our sins and please help each of us to be salt and light to those around us in Jesus Name. Please help each of us to forgive each other the way You forgive us. Please help each of us to always be attentive to when You are speaking to us and trying to get our attention. Help keep our feet on the path to You and Your kingdom and protect us from evil.

Thank you for all my brothers and sisters in Christ who are praying over this list every day. I ask that you bless them in the Name of Jesus.

Lord I pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ around the world, especially for the brothers and sisters who are in areas of the world where they are persecuted, ostracized, tortured, imprisoned, ridiculed, and killed for even mentioning the Name of Jesus or reading a Bible. Lord, please wrap Your loving arms around them and let them know they are not alone. Give them strength each day and give them Your Word through Your Holy Spirit.

Help each of us to keep our eyes focused on things above and for each of us to run a good race for You, Lord.

I humbly ask this in the Name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit,

Amen.

Phillip
